Jennifer Davis currently leads the global communications team for Dell’s Brand, Consumer and Small Business divisions and is responsible for all the elements of external communications for these parts of the business including defining communications strategies, product launches, media and influencer relations and executive communications. She has been instrumental in leading the company’s women powering business initiative from its initial conception back in 2009 through to the thriving network of women entrepreneurs and company-wide success that it’s known as today. Daivs heads up a truly global communications team at Dell, which contains internal team members and agency partners in countries including Brazil, Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, China, India, Japan, Australia and Singapore, among others. Despite time differences and language barriers, she ensures each country is managed efficiently and has the necessary tools to succeed in the day-to-day and to execute strategic campaigns that will move the needle in terms of Dell’s reputation.
