Jessica Baker

Jessica Baker leads the development of The Respect Institute’s programming and trainings for youth influencers and our fundraising initiatives. She has more than 10 years of proven success in the fields of youth development, project management, community outreach, team building, fundraising and event planning. Through her extensive volunteer and professional work, she has empowered at-risk youth across the nation and internationally in Zambia, Africa with respect-building practices and tools. She is a member of Santa Clara County’s Children’s Agenda Vision Council and serves on the board of directors for the Young Men’s Ultimate Weekend. Baker has lead Respect Institute programs for thousands of youth, young adults and youth influencers, including organizations such as the National Charity League, American Association of University Women, Planned Parenthood, YPO-WPO and universities and schools nationwide. Baker has an M.A. in educational counseling and carries a Pupil Personnel Services Credential.
