ANNA CARROLL, MSSW is a is an executive coach and organizational consultant specializing in workplace feedback, leadership development and facilitation of groups. She has written two books, “The Feedback Imperative: How to Give Everyday Feedback To Speed Up Your Team’s Success” (July 2014), and “Everyday Feedback Workbook” (August 2015) as well as many articles, blog posts, and podcasts available on everydayfeedback.com. As a social worker, counselor and coach, she focuses on not only the methods and logistics of great feedback, but on how people can recognize and overcome the fears and emotional brain responses they experience when approaching feedback conversations. Carroll offers training, coaching and organizational support for leaders on their path to increasing the quantity and quality of their feedback.
