JANE GASDASKA is the general manager of U.S. product supply and distribution for Phillips 66 Commercial. She is a change agent who believes in delivering exceptional results by creating greater tribal engagement. Her passion for developing people is reflected in her pursuit of greater organizational knowledge sharing and her desire to create winning teams. Her greatest pet peeve is the status quo. Gasdaska began her career in 1996 working in crude oil operations for Mobil Oil Corporation in Fairfax, VA. She moved into their Mid-Atlantic marketing region where she worked in a variety of planning and managerial positions for Mobil Oil, Tosco, and Phillips Petroleum. Following the ConocoPhillips merger, she moved to Houston in 2002 to work in Downstream Business Development and Downstream Global Strategy. In 2006 she moved to the commercial organization as the East Coast clean product supply manager, until becoming the Manager of Marketing’s P&O organization in 2010. Gasdaska attended the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and graduated in 1988 with a degree in Mathematics. She also earned an M.B.A. from the Kenan Flagler School of business at UNC Chapel Hill. @phillips66co
