Toppins is a veteran lawyer with 20 years of legal experience in the United States and abroad. She has an impressive history in the founding of new companies across the United States, guiding her clients in all aspects of company development. Toppins, originally from Puerto Rico, is fluent in Spanish and English, and in turn has developed a close working relationship with Latin American entrepreneurs, investors and companies with vision to enter the U.S. market, either with a new business or an established company.
