Shelby E. Krause

Shelby E. Krause is a current resident of Dallas, Texas, and is proud to serve in the office of U.S. Congressman Sam Johnson of the Third District of Texas. Krause has previously worked for the George W. Bush Presidential Center at Southern Methodist University, Weber Shandwick Worldwide, served as First Lady’s Director of Scheduling during Governor Perry’s 2012 presidential campaign, and worked in the Office of the Governor at the State Capitol. She serves on the Advisory Council of the Texas Conference for Women with her mother Sheri Krause, who has shown her how important it is to be involved in one’s community. Krause is also involved with several other organizations in Dallas, such as the Dallas Museum of Art, the Center for BrainHealth at the University of Texas Dallas – Think Ahead Group, Salvation Army of Dallas Junior Auxiliary, Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, Dallas Alumnae Association of Kappa Kappa Gamma, as well as serving on the board of The Slipper Club of Dallas. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.
