Amanda Gill

AMANDA GILL is vice president, North America Oracle talent advisory (OTA). In this role, Gill is responsible for leading the North America organization of 130 recruiting managers and talent advisors who support the hiring needs for Oracle’s business groups, including campus recruiting. OTA is the exclusive recruitment organization for Oracle’s internal management clients to all lines of business in North America. Her teams have been providing 5,500 highly qualified candidates a year to meet the business and talent needs of their clients. Gill joined Oracle in 2005. Most of her professional career has been dedicated to recruiting, operations, and management.  Her extensive experience working for a national recruiting firm and owning and running an executive search firm has allowed her to contribute significantly to the OTA team and to Oracle’s competitive advantage in the talent market. Gill earned a BS degree from Florida Atlantic University and resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, with her husband and two children. @oracle
