Carla Piñeyro Sublett

Carla Piñeyro Sublett is a demonstrated change leader and advocate who cares deeply about being part of a purpose-driven company and her community, where she is a champion for diversity and inclusion. She is a member of the 2016 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute, which recognizes successful leaders under the age of 45 ready to apply their creative talents to building a better society. She was also named one of Inc. magazine’s “Women to Watch” in 2017 and recognized as one of the Top 50 Influential Hispanics in the United States by Hispanic Business magazine in 2014.

Piñeyro Sublett has 20+ years of experience leading global sales, operations and marketing teams in the technology industry. She currently leads the global marketing organization as CMO of National Instruments, where she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts including company brand, proactive demand generation, and customer engagement.

Piñeyro Sublett is the president of the board of the Texas Conference for Women and serves on the boards of American Campus Communities and Austin Community Foundation. She is a proud wife and mother who took 2018, her year of Finding Ubuntu, to travel the globe extensively with her family.
