Emily Sheeren

EMILY SHEEREN is a principal at ghSMART. She serves private equity and corporate clients in the areas of leadership assessment, leadership development and organizational change. Prior to joining ghSMART, she was an associate partner at McKinsey & Co., where she was a leader in the global organization practice with deep expertise in merger management, organization design and change management. In her work she advised senior leaders through some of the most complex mergers and turnarounds in recent memory. Sheeren has a passion for leadership development and founded the Houston Women Leaders Forum, which convenes two hundered senior leaders and rising stars in leading Houston institutions with the goal of building the next class of women leaders. Sheeren earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS in international studies from the College of William & Mary.
