HEATHER CABOT is the co-author of Geek Girl Rising: Inside the Sisterhood Shaking Up Tech, a non-fiction narrative published by St. Martin’s Press in May 2017 and under development for TV by ABC Studios and Milojo Productions, the company owned by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos. Cabot teaches part-time at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and is a contributor to Women@Forbes. She is a former ABC News correspondent and anchor and served as on-air Internet trends expert for Yahoo! from 2007-2012, in which she appeared regularly on TODAY, CNN, MSNBC, FOX and dozens of local TV and radio stations around the country. Cabot is an angel investor and adviser to several women-led startups and an alumna of Pipeline Angels and Golden Seeds. @cabotventures @geekgirlrising
