Join Us at Moody Center!

As the Austin Convention Center works on its remodel, we are excited to announce that the Texas Conference for Women will be moving to the Moody Center. The Moody Center is a sophisticated, high energy, beautifully appointed venue built to host some of the most high-profile musical artists, sports teams and now the TX Conference for Women!

Here are some highlights of what to expect:

• Keynotes and powertalks in the round in the arena seating bowl with attendee traffic moving in and out of the concourse / seating area all day long 
• Open concourses and a new interactive footprint that isn’t in a traditional “Hall” setting 
• Smaller number of exhibitor spots with greater engagement for those who join us in this new venue

Exhibits will now be part of THE CONCOURSE COLLECTION

The Concourse Collection will include curated exhibits, interactive experiences and a vibrant marketplace for connection and commerce. The Concourse Collection will be housed on two levels of the arena.

The UPPER LEVEL CONCOURSE will include tabletop displays of non-profits, educational and government exhibitors. Attendees will be drawn to this light and bright level with free coffee in the morning, an all day learning and wellness stage, the boxed lunch pick up location for over 7,500 attendees including outdoor seating locations for lunch gatherings. There is an ancillary entrance on this level for attendees to utilize when using rideshare dropoffs.

Exhibit displays on this level will include
an 8′ long x 6′ wide space, (1) 6′ table, (2) chairs, an ID sign and (3) exhibit hall only badges.

The MAIN LEVEL CONCOURSE will include exhibit booths for sponsors, small business and attendee interactives. The main entrance to the venue is located on this level and is where attendees access their seats.

Exhibit booths on this level will include either an 8′ long x 8′ wide OR 12′ long x 8′ wide space, 8′ high backdrape, 3′ side drape, (1) 6′ table, (2) chairs, an ID sign and (3) exhibit hall only badges.
