MYRNA ESTRADA is a senior vice president and field executive for Liberty Mutual Insurance. She manages the Central Region for Safeco Personal Lines Products, and Liberty Mutual Small Commercial Lines products. She has led several teams in her 38-year career. She joined distribution in 1998 and grew a $350 million dollar book to $2.6 billion. She is very proud of the culture she has created in the Central Region. The team culture already has a track record of attracting and retaining top diverse talent. Estrada is also very involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion work within Liberty Mutual. She is the executive co-sponsor of the Amigos ERG and is on the Council for Men as Allies. She pioneered by having 5 women’s events focused on our female business partners This paved the way for a national program called Rise. She is also very involved in the transition of ERG work to BRG work and has created a team to build out DEI tools and programs for our agent/broker partners. Estrada is married to Rudy Murillo and lives in North Texas.
