ANA L. FLORES is the founder and CEO of Latina Bloggers Connect, Inc and #WeAllGrow Summit. She has dedicated her career to empowering Hispanic America by providing outlets for growth in the digital space. Her first online venture was SpanglishBaby, the award-winning community and resource for parents raising bilingual and bicultural kids. In 2010, she launched Latina Bloggers Connect, Inc, a boutique digital influencer marketing agency focused on creating strategic content that connects brands and social causes with Latina bloggers and creators. Flores advocates as a United Nations Foundation social fellow and as a member of the United Nations Foundation’s Influence Project. She also partnered with LATISM to spearhead the Top Latina Bloguera Retreat in Washington D.C., where 70 bloggers were invited to receive a briefing at the White House. Flores’ newest venture is #WeAllGrow Summit, the intimate go­to professional and experiential conference for Latinas in the digital space. She can also be found on her personal lifestyle blog, MadreVida.com, and co-authored the book “Bilingual is Better.” Flores has appeared on the cover of Hispanic Business Magazine as “The New Face of Social Media,” recognized as one of 30 “Mujeres Destacadas” by La Opinion and named a “Digital Trailblazer” by NALIP (National Association of Latino Independent Producers). She was also named Hispanic Business Magazine’s New Face of Social Media in 2010.
