BRENDA BRINSON is chief diversity officer and general manager, culture & people strategy for Phillips 66, a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company. She also serves as enterprise organization design lead for the company’s business transformation. With more than 30 years of business experience across multiple industries, Brinson has deep expertise in talent management, organizational health & effectiveness, executive coaching, culture shaping, and large-scale transformation. Before joining Phillips 66 in March of 2017, Brinson served as assistant vice president for USAA’s talent and organizational effectiveness functions.
