Catherine Bannister

CATHERINE BANNISTER leads performance and development for all of Deloitte’s partners, principals and people. For over twenty five years, she has delivered transformative technology solutions for clients in the US State Government sector, primarily for health and human services agencies. She was the program management director for the opening of Deloitte University in Westlake, TX, and the chief talent officer for both the US and global Deloitte Consulting technology practices.Bannister is the architect of Deloitte’s Tech Fluency program, an ongoing effort to develop and cultivate breadth and depth of technical capabilities across the consulting technology practice. Bannister has consistently demonstrated her passion for the development and professional growth of Deloitte practitioners through her leadership and delivery of innovative learning programs at all career levels, and her commitment to developing the world’s best leaders through apprenticeship, sponsorship and a laser focus on diversity and inclusion. @deloitte @bannister_
