JAMI STEWART is the vice president of CX centers Americas at Cisco. She leads a team of 6500+ employees and partners dedicated to applying technical excellence to simplify digital transformations for customers. Her 25-year career at Cisco spans across technical services, operations, HR, strategic planning and customer experience. Stewart is obsessed with fixing problems, is a strong advocate for people development, and has a passion for a work environment supporting full spectrum diversity. She believes in a world where technology levels the playing field between people of all races, geographies and economic status. Stweart received a major in psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. She currently lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband Joe.
