Julie Watson

JULIE WATSON is a customer care manager within the enterprise segment at Rackspace UK where she is responsible for leading her team in fanatical service delivery across an array of customers. Watson is passionate about leading high performance teams as a fundamental way to deliver an amazing customer experience, and is focussed on ensuring that she and her team are constantly delivering a quality, high value service. Prior to Rackspace, she led international teams and programmes delivering outsourced technical services with IBM in Australia, across a range of industries and technology platforms. Watson considers that her personal brand is very much about being leading transformation, to take challenged situations, teams and relationships, and driving change to produce sustainable, successful operations. She has always been passionate about promoting diversity in IT and has been very active in various ways, including participating in school speaking programs, as well as running a networking group for up and coming female leaders within technical delivery. @rackspace
