KRYSTINA LYONS became the director of recruiting and has spent the last four years focused on realigning the businesses understanding of the power of Talent Acquisition, growing the total team by 250%+, adding new technology, and redefining hiring processes to enhance objectivity and Candidate experience. She is also passionate about understanding the current and future complexities of the talent market and ensuring that her and her team take a proactive approach to support a five-generation workforce through the selection processes they build. In addition to her role, she is also a proud member of the SA WORX Advisory Council, helping support city-wide workforce development opportunities to support economic mobility for San Antonio residents. Lyons graduated from Texas State with a bachelor’s in marketing. Lyons and her husband, Mitchell, live in San Antonio where Mitch owns a Commercial Real Estate Company. Together they share two of the funniest humans: Brandt and Poppy Kathryn.
