Michael Chamberlain

MICHAEL CHAMBERLAIN is vice president of strategic partnerships with Catalyst. He is a key member of Catalyst’s leadership team responsible for developing partnership initiatives designed to ensure optimal growth, amplification, and sustainability of the organization and mission effectiveness. Earlier in his Catalyst career, Chamberlain established brand management as an essential function within the organization’s operating model and oversaw all global marketing and event efforts. He regularly represents Catalyst’s MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) program and serves as a speaker and content expert on topics such as engaging men in gender initiatives, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and accelerating progress for women in the workplace. Chamberlain earned his MBA in international business management from the University of Rhode Island, winning the Michael Roher Memorial Award. He graduated magna cum laude with a BS in marketing and French from the University of Rhode Island. Chamberlain is currently a New York State delegate, and first male delegate, to Drexel University’s Vision 2020.
