Pamela Sherman

PAMELA SHERMAN is the HR business partner for the HR organization at Applied Materials. She was recently named as the leader for diversity and inclusion and is responsible for further shaping the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy. During her twenty-year tenure with Applied Materials, Sherman has held various managerial roles in HR, including college programs and HR operations. She is passionate about supporting the development of others. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Sherman was the director of student activities at Huston-Tillotson College, and case manager and job developer at the Austin Area Urban League. Sherman earned a BS in sociology from Texas A&M University. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. @applied_blog
