SAMANTHA WISEMAN is a senior HR business partner and programs lead at Silicon Labs. She is responsible for talent management strategies including learning & development, DEI, and performance management. Prior to Silicon Labs, she held various HR roles in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development. She is passionate about applying agile and design thinking methodologies to deliver value adding HR programs. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband, son, and dog. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
