Sarah Delille

SARAH DELILLE is currently leading the business development group in Equinor US. Her team of ten project managers and commercial leaders maturing business opportunities from screening to closing.  Her portfolio includes US offshore, Mexico, Canada, global onshore and renewables. Delille previously held an operational role in the US offshore organization as technology and facilities manager, before becoming the asset manager for Miocene producing assets in the Gulf of Mexico. Prior to her time in the United States, she worked in Equinor Norway, initially as project controls manager for the Aasta Hansteen Project, and then as a member of the investment arena in the chief financial officer’s organization. Delille has over fifteen years of experience in technical, commercial and leadership roles. Prior to Joining Equinor, she worked for both total E&P and McDermott, has lived internationally in six countries and speaks multiple languages. Delille is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas. She earned her BS in math and physics with honors, an MS in mechanical engineering with honors, and an MBA with a major in finance with high honors, all from French universities. @equinor
