The lunch menu has been chosen for the 2017 conference and we are pleased to offer the following:
❦ Bourbon fig chicken kabob with smoked corn salad
❦ Roasted butternut squash with kale, farro and pecans
❦ Fall citrus and pomegranate salad with Thai basil and honey
❦ Pumpkin maple bar with brown butter whip
(The alternate meal is gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan.)
❦ Field pea and corn salad
❦ Roasted butternut squash with kale
❦ Fall citrus and pomegranate salad with Thai basil and agave
❦ Blueberry buckle
If you or any of your attendees require the alternate meal, please have the main registrant log in to the registration and make that choice no later than Thursday, October 19th. (Only the main registrant, the person who bought the tickets, can log in to the registration). The login information was provided in the confirmation email sent to the main registrant.
If you and your attendees are having the standard meal there is no need to make a selection.
If neither of these choices works because of preferences or allergies, attendees are welcome to bring their own meal. These are the only two choices and they cannot be customized. We will be unable to accommodate on-site requests.
