TX Virtual Exhibit Form

We are in the process of finalizing the details of our virtual exhibit hall. As a sponsor, you will be receiving a virtual “booth”. Please indicate below if you will be taking advantage of this element. As soon as we have more information we will be sending it to the contact below.

  • Add the person responsible for receiving all booth related communications.
  • As part of being a sponsor for the Texas Conference for Women, you have the opportunity to participate in the virtual exhibit hall.
  • What are your key goals for your booth activation (i.e., branding, employer branding, lead generation, inviting attendees to join you to support community initiatives, retail sales, etc.)?
  • What will be your top 1-3 measures of success for your booth activation?
  • Below are the different areas where you can choose to have your exhibit space.
  • New this year: Help is available from the Texas Conference for Women for virtual booth builds. This may include uploading a specified number of graphics and content provided by you to the 6Connex platform, setting up your interactive elements, and more. Booth build assistance would be predicated on partners providing clear KPIs, branding parameters, and graphics/logos via a CFW form and according to a firm deadline (approx. mid-January 2021), with the understanding that only 1 round of edits will be provided and that completion/approval dates will be earlier than those who have opted to build their booths themselves.
  • *Contacts on an organization's mailing list will be contacted with information regarding the Texas Conference for Women exclusively; your list will not be sold or revealed to any outside parties and will only be used this one time.
