Madeyline Brown

Madeyline Brown is an accomplished sales strategist and business operationalist executive on sabbatical.  Most recently, she was Vice President of North America Channel Inside Sales at Dell Technologies, responsible for leading a high performing inclusive sales team of 300+, delivering $19B in revenue annually from Medium Business through Enterprise, Public and Corporate sales.  Passionate about people and collaboration, Brown has ensured best in class strategies, tools, and programs leading highly productive, efficient teams with strong leaders.  She has served in a number of capacities including Sales Strategy & Planning, Client Solutions, Field Marketing, Global Business Operations, IT Project Integration and Supply Chain.

In addition to being on the Board of the Texas Conference for Women, Brown volunteers her time to nonprofit organizations including Foundation Communities, AISD (Zilker Elementary) and other people centered organizations.
