Elizabeth Romero is the Managing Director, Business Banking Central Southwest Region Executive at Bank of America. She leads the team that is responsible for developing a full range of strategic financial advice and integrated solutions to mid-size companies in 11 states across the Central Southwest U.S. Her team consists of Market Executives, Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Managers, who deliver world class solutions and guidance to help business owner clients achieve their business and life priorities.

With over 31 years of banking experience serving clients in Consumer and Small Business Banking, Centralized Sales and Business Banking, Elizabeth’s vast knowledge, along with her results driven attitude and engagement and generosity in others advancement makes her a valued leader for her teams and partners as well as a trusted guide to her clients.

Elizabeth is actively involved with the Bank of America Hispanic Small Business Strategy and the International Women’s Leadership Council.
