Sara Conlee Bergeron is Bank of America’s Business Banking Market Executive for the Austin Market. She leads a team dedicated to delivering full-service banking, lending, Cash Management, and treasury solutions to businesses with revenues ranging from $1 Million to $100 Million.

Sara joined Bank of America in 2011, as a Small Business Banker in Austin, Texas. Shortly after, Sara was promoted to a Credit Performance manager where she managed small business teams’ credit acumen, credit production goals and the loan escalation process.

In 2019, Sara transitioned to the SBA Lending team where she held several leadership roles, including National Performance Manager and West Division Market Executive. Most recently, Sara served as Bank of America’s External Strategy Director supporting the National SBA Team focused on building and managing strategic partnerships for the Bank.

Sara, a native Austinite, lives in, Austin Texas with her husband, Mark. She is passionate about serving her local community through volunteer events with the Austin Independent School District, Austin Artist Project, and her church. Sara actively participates as a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and LEAD for Women, while also serving on the board of The People’s Community Clinic.
