Susan Hance

Susan Hance is an attorney and an active participant in the community. Susan holds positions in numerous organizations including the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House, Charities of the Southwest, the National Advisory Board for the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), Texas Regional Office, Advisory Board.  Additionally, she represents NCMEC, Texas Regional Office on the Statewide Human Trafficking Task Force, chaired by the Texas Attorney General.

A native Texan, Susan was born and raised in Houston. After graduating from the University of Texas with a B.B.S. in Special Education, she received a law degree from Southern Methodist University.

Susan and her husband, Texas Tech University Chancellor Kent Hance, have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
