The UnitedHealthcare Community Connection Pavilion

Exhibit Hall | Open All Day

Please visit our Community Connection Pavilion and help UnitedHealthcare and its partners make a difference in the lives of families in need. Here, you can support the Austin community and beyond, with hands-on involvement, donations and volunteer opportunities.

Here’s how to get involved at the Conference:

Assemble Toiletry Kits

Special kits will be assembled on-site and donated to those in need following Hurricane Harvey, including to Foundation Communities, ECHO, and others.

Donate: travel-sized items for kit assembly, including: shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand sanitizer.

Volunteer: Stop by and visit members of Foundation Communities, to find out how to help after the conference.

Donate to Our Book Drive

Keep Texas Reading! We are partnering with the Rebuild Texas Fund and the Writers’ League of Texas to help families affected by Hurricane Harvey rebuild their home libraries. Please bring new books, appropriate for ages Pre-K to 12th  grade, to the Texas Conference for Women, and we will ensure they’re distributed to the communities in need. Just one book can make a difference in a child’s life, so thank you for your support!

Civic Engagement at the Conference

We’re pleased to welcome to this year’s conference two non-partisan groups that are working to give a voice to all Americans. Visit the League of Women Voters booth in the Exhibit Hall and learn the many ways you can get involved, from registering to vote to education to volunteering in your community. Then stop by the VoteRunLead booth to hear how they’re training women to run for office across the country and changing the face of leadership.
