Expect heavy traffic, ongoing construction, and large crowds on event day. We encourage you to leave early and allow for extra travel time to ensure a stress-free arrival.

Transportation

Getting to the Moody Center is easy with several transportation options available.

Ride Share

Ride Share is strongly encouraged! Drop-off and pick-up is located at the roundabout on VIP Road on the northeast side of Moody Center, near the Flag Entrance and Suites/Loges Entrance.

Public Transit

The Downtown Cap Metro Station (401 E. 4th Street) serves the UT Austin campus and Moody Center.

For your convenience, CFW has arranged for continuous complimentary shuttles to the Moody Center (in partnership with LAZ Parking and RoadRunner Charters) from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Shuttle service is located at the corner of E. 5th Street & Red River Street. Plan your trip on CapMetro.org.

ADA Accommodations

ADA drop-off and pick-up is located at Robert Dedman Drive on the northwest side of the venue, near the Dell Technologies Plaza and West Gate Entrance.

Parking

Parking will be in high demand. We’ve arranged both limited on-campus options near the Moody Center and convenient satellite parking with complimentary shuttles. Be sure to reserve your space in advance using the links below.

UT Parking

Moody Center has parking within walking distance, however, options are extremely limited and we recommend you reserve your spot in advance. Your closest parking options are:

  • Manor Garage | 0.3 mi (~7-minute walk) | 300 spaces
  • Trinity Garage | 0.3 mi (~8-minute walk) | 200+ spaces
  • Brazos Garage | 0.4 mi (~9-minute walk) | 100 spaces
  • San Jacinto Garage | 0.6 mi (~13-minute walk) | 100 spaces
  • East Campus Garage | 0.7 mi (~15-minute walk) | 500 spaces

We’ve partnered with LAZ Parking and RoadRunner Charters to offer satellite parking with continuous, complimentary shuttle services to and from Moody Center from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Parking is limited and we recommend you reserve your spot early to ensure availability.

  • Bat Bridge Parking & Shuttle – 305 S Congress Ave
  • ACC 2nd Street Parking & Shuttle – 201 E 2nd Street 
    Shuttle stop located along the rear of the parking garage on Alley Road between 2nd St & W. Cesar Chavez St
  • 5th & Red River Parking & Shuttle – Serves CapMetro Station (401 E 4th Street) & ACC Parking (601 E 5th) 
    Shuttle stops between 4th & 5th on the East side of Red River Road
  • Lot 26 Parking and Shuttle – 4900 Guadalupe St
