About Renata Mutis Black: Renata is the chairwoman of Seven Bar Foundation, a social enterprise that fuels microfinance institutions. In 2007, Black established Earth Aid India, a microfinance program that placed 800 women in village banking groups. Having witnessed the transformative force of this program, Black established the Seven Bar Foundation and trademarked couture and lingerie shows in the top 15 markets as brand awareness events for the foundation. In 2012, Black launched the Empowered By You brand, a line of lingerie that donates 20% of every sale to empower women via microfinance. Black is currently the vice chair of the Young Presidents Organization’s CSR network and a member of 85 Broads, Women on Wall Street and Advertising Women of New York. @Renata_M_Black
