Do You Need A Special Meal?

Special meal requests must be submitted via online registration by October 6, 2015.

If you have not made a special request by that time, you will receive the standard meal.

The lunch menu for this year’s Conference has been selected and we are pleased to be offering a Chimayo Chile Roasted Chicken Salad with smoked kernel corn, tomato, manchego cheese, broccoli & carrot shred on garden greens and romaine. Creamy avocado serrano dressing and spiced pecans will be served on the side. The salad is accompanied by a seasonal fruit and feta salad with mint and honey, bread and dessert treats on the table.

If you or any of your guests require a gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian meal, please make that selection by logging into your online registration and indicating the appropriate meal next to the attendee’s name. You can find this under the “Edit Namebadge” button—be sure to click “Save” after you make your changes.

For instructions on how to log into your account, please see your email confirmation. If you are the main registrant for a group of people, you are responsible for obtaining this information from your guests and entering it into the system.

The optional meal satisfies vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free requirements. We will serve a Chimayo Chile Roasted Tofu Salad with smoked kernel corn, tomato, broccoli & carrot shred on garden greens and romaine. Creamy avocado serrano dressing and spiced pecans will be served on the side. The salad is accompanied by a seasonal fruit with mint and honey, bread and dessert treats. Please note that the bread and desserts are not gluten-free, but will be served separately on each table.

Selections must be in our system by Friday, October 2nd at 5:00 PM. These will be the only two selections available. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate late requests, day-of requests or other options. If you have dietary restrictions that are not accommodated by these options, you are welcomed to bring your own meal.

Badges are now available to print online.

Your username and password can be found on your email confirmation.

You will have the option to download and print your badge(s) or email them to yourself or your guests.  We ask that you log in and print your badge no later than October 12 to avoid any potential last minute technical issues.

  • Only badges with names can be printed or emailed
  • The Conference recommends that you print on white card stock on a color printer.  However, plain white paper and black printing are acceptable.
  • If you are emailing a badge to a guest, please alert them that they will be receiving an email from registration @ txconferenceforwomen.org and that they should open the PDF attachment.

You must bring your badge with you on Conference day to be admitted. You will pick up your lanyard and badge holder when you arrive at the convention center.

We look forward to seeing you on October 15th!
