Helpful Tips Before You Register

*If you have already registered this year and are purchasing additional tickets, DO NOT start a new registration. Please login to your existing registration and choose Purchase Items. This ensures all of your tickets are seated together and makes it simpler for you to manage your attendees.

Group Purchases

You do not need to know the names of all attendees when purchasing tickets. When buying multiple tickets, you will enter contact information for your group’s main contact. Next choose the number of tickets desired. After payment is processed you may enter all attendee information, or you can wait until later to do so. There is no discount for purchasing multiple tickets.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by credit card or check. We do not accept purchase orders. Check payments must be received within 10 days or ticket(s) will be released.

Need an Invoice?

If you require an invoice, select “Pay By Check.” An invoice will be emailed to you including payment instructions for either Check or Credit Card payment.

Seating 

Seating for the Keynote/Lunch Session IS assigned and designated on your Name Badge. The only way to be guaranteed seating together is to purchase all tickets within a single registration, or to become a sponsor (sponsorship information can be found here) Keynote seating is assigned based on the date of registration. If you wish to have a group of colleagues seated together, you must purchase all tickets together in a single registration.

Please note: Seating for the Breakout Sessions IS NOT assigned. Advance sign-up is not required and seating is first-come, first-served.
