Cindy Seffair
CINDY SEFFAIR is the director of change management and communication at United Airlines. In this role, she leads the change, engagement and communication efforts supporting an ongoing variety of system, technology and process changes. Seffair has held a variety of roles in her 27 years at United Airlines. She began her career in airport operations and then moved to sales prior to her transition to human resources. In addition to her current position in human resources, she has worked in employee relations, training, leadership development, talent management and performance management. She also co-led the organizational design process during the merger of Continental and United Airlines. Seffair earned a B.S. in communications and lives in Chicago, Illinois. @united
