Deborah Woollard

DEBORAH WOOLLARD is currently Cisco’s vice president of people and communities for Asia Pacific, Japan, and China since January 2019. In her role, Woollard is responsible for partnering with business leaders to help shape the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) business strategy. She leads the communities team across the region focusing on ensuring teams are equipped to build the best talent and workplace culture, providing services to over 20,000 people in sixteen countries across the region. Woollard has extensive leadership experience with a proven record of driving organizational growth, leadership acceleration, and culture strategies working across multiple industries and countries leading the human resources function. She is a certified executive coach, Lifeline crisis counselor, and passionate about talent and leadership development, organizational transformation, promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace, and has been a strong voice in this space sharing her thought leadership in various forums both internal and external to Cisco. @cisco
