DR. ALEJANDRA RODÍGUEZ MIELKE is a diversity, equity, and inclusion and intercultural consultant, executive coach, and speaker specializing in Latino leadership development and cultural intelligent allyship within cross-cultural organizations. She has dedicated her 25+ years career to debunk deficit thinking views on the Latino community, empower Latinx individuals, and foster inclusive environments where diverse leaders can flourish.  Dr. Mielke does this through her firm Latina Power Coaching where she provides executive and leadership coaching for Latina executives and as one of three co-founders of El Puente Institute which empowers organizations to harness the immense potential of the Latino consumer and workforce. Dr. Mielke is part of the ALPFA Austin Chapter Board of Directors as the Co-Director of Mentorship and she served as the DEIB Director for the International Coaching Federation Austin Chapter Board until the fall of 2023. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband, son, and Chihuahua named Spotify.
