Dr. Tiffany Dotson

DR. TIFFANY DOTSON is VP of enterprise learning and development at Liberty Mutual Insurance. She is a learning and leadership development scholar, practitioner, and strategist with more than twenty-five years of experience building employee cultures that drive growth. In her current role, she oversees the strategic direction for developing the pipeline of talent for Liberty’s 45,000 employees globally and is actively involved in c-suite succession planning and psychometric assessments. She is active in her community, mentoring pre-adolescent and teenagers in building workplace skills. She also leads leadership development initiatives for women, high potentials, historically excluded groups, and more. Dotson holds a doctorate and masters in adult learning and organizational leadership from Columbia University, where she is also an adjunct professor. @workatliberty
