GAYLE MORRIS is vice president for Americas Global Customer Success with Cisco. She’s responsible for enabling swift value realization on the consumption of Cisco solutions, software and services. Her organization’s charter is to streamline, simplify and maximize Cisco’s annuity opportunity and deliver increased renewal revenue for Cisco’s partners. Previously, Morris was vice president, Americas Services Sales, and was responsible for running the largest and most profitable Americas Services business and also led teams for Americas Services Distribution, Software Annuities and Inside Services Sales. Under her leadership, the organization delivered consistent growth in the traditional services business, while building out new revenue streams through aggressive innovation. Morris is passionate about early-in-career talent development and building diverse leadership teams. She participates in multiple inclusion and diversity efforts, both inside and outside Cisco. She has more than 25 years of IT experience leading corporate and field sales teams through fast growth phases and industry transitions. Her extensive leadership experience includes global roles, channels management and she has held executive positions at other industry-leading companies including Dell, CA and Oracle. @cisco
