Heather Crowder

HEATHER CROWDER is general tax officer for Phillips 66, a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company. Before joining Phillips 66 in January 2018, she served as managing tax counsel, corporate for ConocoPhillips for five years.Prior to that, she worked fifteen years at KPMG where she became a tax partner. Crowder serves on the chairman’s advisory council for the board of ESCAPE Family Resource Center, and as assistant treasurer for Mark Twain Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization. Crowder earned a BS from Boston College, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law. @phillips66co
