Holly Harris

HOLLY HARRIS is a senior technology recruiter at Visa Inc., and currently recruits in the cybersecurity and operations and infrastructure technology lines of business for North America.  During her tenure at Visa, she has completed hundreds and hundreds of cycles of salary negotiations both with candidates and internal stakeholders.  Harris is a passionate advocate for more inclusive diversity hiring in technology.  With ten years in the high tech recruiting industry, she seeks to promote more STEM educational and professional opportunities for women, under-represented minorities, and LGBTQ persons within the local and broader US communities.   Harris serves as a board member of the Visa Austin site Women in Technology Employee Resource Group (ERG), and co-chairs the Austin site Pride ERG as well.  She earned a BA psychology from Ashford University with dual studies in theatre arts from Ouachita Baptist University, and has called Austin her home since 2012.   @visa
