Jamie Zerwas

JAMIE ZERWAS is a senior program manager for key clients and initiatives in Visa’s CyberSource organization.  Currently, she is accountable for managing multiple key client’s implementation on to the CyberSource platform.  In addition to this role, Zerwas serves as chair of Visa Austin’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee where she works across employee resource groups to promote Visa as a workplace where everyone feels accepted, everywhere. Prior to Visa, she spent eleven years in management consulting supporting global clients across industries including energy and utilities, media and entertainment, life sciences, and federal, state, and local government.   She has managed multi-million dollar programs by leading client workshops on process improvement and road-map development, gathering requirements, performing gap analysis assessments, conducting client trainings, championing change management, managing software implementations, and providing full end-user support. Zerwas is an active member of the Junior League of Austin and is on the host committee for Zach Theatre’s ACT ONE program.  She earned a BS political science and communication studies from Texas State University – San Marcos, and has the credential of Stanford Certified Project Manager from the Stanford Center for Professional Development. @visa
