Jen Ughetta

JEN UGHETTA is executive vice president and chief people officer of Liberty Mutual Insurance, the sixth-largest global property and casualty insurer. In her role, she leads the company’s talent organization in support of our businesses and functions, helping employees build diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams and making Liberty Mutual a best place to work. Previously, as chief talent officer for Liberty Mutual’s Global Retail Markets (GRM) business, Ughetta focused on developing strategic partnerships with GRM’s regional and functional leaders and driving talent and internal communications programs in alignment with the business strategy to positively impact culture and build an inspiring, global employee experience. She is a prominent champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and a passionate mentor for young people, helping them navigate their careers and encouraging them to think big as they find their path. Ughetta received a BA in communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a master of human resources management degree from Rutgers University.
