Jessica Shortall

Jessica Shortall has led a global career in social entrepreneurship built on experience across a number of industries, and commercial and non-profit business models, with special focus on growing and scaling social impact organizations. Shortall has served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Uzbekistan, was co-founder and of The Campus Kitchens Project, a U.S.-based social non-profit with a franchise-style affiliate structure and more than 30 locations in the U.S. Shortall has consulted for a number of growing social enterprises and social businesses around the world.  In 2009, she joined TOMS Shoes as its first director of giving, building out the One for One company’s strategy for high-impact global shoe-giving. She now acts as director of sight giving for the company’s new Eyewear line. In 2006, Shortall completed her M.B.A. with honors at Oxford as a Skoll Scholar in Social Entrepreneurship.     @JessicaShortall
