Kathleen Sallade

KATHLEEN SALLADE is group vice president of sales and business development at Oracle Corporation. Her team hires recent college graduates and focuses on coaching their career development skills while building sales pipeline She is passionate about coaching and developing talent while solving customer needs. Sallade is an executive sponsor to the Austin chapter of the Oracle Women’s Leadership employee resource group. She joined Oracle in 1996, and throughout her tenure with Oracle has held several roles and led multiple successful sales organizations. Most recently, she served as area sales vice president focusing on local government and higher education. She earned a BS in psychology from George Mason University. @oracle
