Kelly Hopping

KELLY HOPPING is the senior director of integrated marketing for Rackspace. In this role, she is responsible for developing the corporate brand strategy, driving campaign development and execution, and delivering content and creative to support the company’s global and business unit campaigns. Prior to her current role, Hopping led the brand creative design team as the director of brand for Rackspace, ensuring that all marketing assets served as one consistent voice for the Rackspace brand. Before joining Rackspace, she spent five years at AMD in various marketing, communications, and business operations positions. She served as director and chief of staff to the chief operating officer for eighteen months following three years in various marketing positions. Before AMD, she worked at Dell where she helped market the Latitude notebook business. Hopping’s passion for branding began at Kraft Foods where she managed a variety of brands including Chips Ahoy!, Nutter Butter, Breakstone cottage cheese, and Kraft string cheese. She serves on the board of her local library and leads a Life Group at Austin Ridge Bible Church. Kelly and her husband and three children live in in Austin, Texas.  Hopping earned an MBA from Harvard Business and a BS in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University. @rackspace
