KENDRA LOGAN is a recognized influential and inspirational leader in the area of change management, learning and development, career planning, networking and diversity and inclusion. She is currently a global diversity and inclusion consultant within the chief customer office organization at Dell. She leads learning and development initiatives across North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific Japan, China, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Her programs focus on topics related to ethnic and culture, gender, leadership, STEM, unconscious bias, community and much more. During her fourteen year tenure at Dell, she has supported customer care, sales, finance, human resources, talent development and diversity and inclusion in various capacities. She has also been an advocate for Dell Employee Resource Groups, and served more than eight years on the boards of the Black Networking Alliance and Women in Action ERGs. Logan earned an MS in counseling with a focus on marriage and family from Southern Nazarene University and a BA in psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She holds a certification in design thinking from Experience Point, and is working on her 5D certification from 5Dynamics.  @dell
