KERRY KENNEDY is a registered and licensed dietitian with a master’s in international agricultural development and resource management from Texas A&M University. Her background in nutrition and agriculture stems from her experience on a 4th generation Texas family farm. She has worked on nutrition enhancement projects in 15 different countries, focusing on vulnerable women and children. Her work as an RD has been in management, long term care, skilled nursing, foster care, and federal research grants. As the Houston regional operations lead RD for H-E-B, she promotes a food-first approach to wellness through managing direct patient care and improving systematic retail approaches to health and wellness.
