Lacy’s career spans the full spectrum of organizational change – from Fortune 50 corporations to scrappy startups, global agencies to nonprofits. She’s navigated communications through market upheavals, digital disruption and rapid scaling across technology, healthcare, education and retail industries.
Lacy served on the Board of Directors for Art Alliance Austin and was a founding member and marketing director for Texas Rollergirls, the originators of flat-track roller derby. She graduated from Louisiana State University, where she played piccolo in the Tiger Marching Band. She lives in Austin with her husband Brian, daughters Ruby and Valerie, dog Lulu and tarantula Muchacha.
