LETESHIA LOWE is a senior technical staff member (STSM) at IBM, leading the testing efforts of the IBM FlashSystem Flash Core Module (FCM) product, a high-performance flash drive utilizing NVMe protocol. Lowe provides debug and failure investigation, strategic test management and innovative testing solutions, while helping to mentor new employees. Lowe leads the External Awards workgroup for the Black Technical Leadership Network Business Resource Group at IBM where she is responsible for helping to facilitate the submission of technical and professional award nomination packages to increase technical eminence. She is an advocate for STEM education in the community and works with several professional engineering organizations including the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Houston Professionals and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Houston Area Section, leading efforts in outreach for underrepresented communities. Lowe has a BS in electrical engineering from Tennessee State University and a MEd in secondary education from the University of Arizona.
