Linda Glass

LINDA GLASS is founder and CEO of Glass Talent. She is an executive coach and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. Glass loves working with people who have a deep appreciation for growth and know that it takes vulnerability, willingness to be challenged, and a good sense of humor. She launched Glass Talent in 2008 and has coached nearly two hundred executives from Chicago, to London, to Atyrau. During that time, she also went in house with her client, Nordstrom, as the VP of talent to help them re-imagine talent as they went through massive transformation. Prior to Glass Talent, she was a leader with Starbucks Coffee Company for eleven years in both marketing and HR, coaching and training executives as well as hiring managers around the globe. She recently became a certified facilitator for Brené Brown’s Dare to LeadTM leadership, and is certified in ROI Coaching by Steinbrecher & Associates. @glasstalent
